This RTIC 20 can travel cooler is the ultimate gift for an outdoorsy girl. It is the perfect size for day trips or one nighters. I use this cooler on all my lake days and it fits perfectly on my paddle board. It is a good quality cooler for half the price of other expensive coolers (which I also own to compare). It comes in a handful of colors and even sizes. The shoulder strap makes it easy to carry and it has a small front zipper pocket and a durable upper zipper to keep everything inside cold.

They also include fun features like a Velcro tag on the back to attach hiking gaiters to.

5. Petzl Rechargeable Headlamp

Everyone outdoorsy girl needs to have a reliable headlamp. This rechargable headlamp is by far my favorite thanks to its powerful 900 lumens! It is the brightest headlamp so no matter the circumstance you can see. It does not use batteries- instead, it can be recharged. This means no more carrying around extra batteries. Simply plug it into the car or battery pack and charge it back up.

8. Garmin inReach Mini

Everyone outdoor adventurer needs to own a satellite communication device. This Garmin inReach mini is the perfect size for traveling and hiking as its smaller than a cell phone yet mighty enough to help send messages and get help out of service. Being able to communicate with loved ones off push SOS for emergency help is worth every penny to have that piece of mind. This device can literally be the difference between life or death. If there as anything I regularly encourage someone to have, it is this.

9. Two Person Ultralight Tent

Having a light yet durable tent is the ultimate gift for someone who loves to backpack. This Big Agnes ultralight tent is the one to get. This is a two person tent, but I personally love having a slightly larger tent despite the extra ounces. If weight is important, get the size for the number of people using it. If ounces are flexible, consider sizing up one for the comfort. I have this tent in the 3-person and it has been an amazing addition to my backpacking gear!

A quality hiking rain jacket is a must for everyone’s gear list. The REI Flash rain jacket is the best quality for the price of the coat I’ve used. Not only can it hold up to the wind and rain or the PNW, but it also packs amazingly. A lot of raincoats will wrinkle when packed, but not this one. It comes out looking crease free, which is an added bonus. It comes in five colors and a wide range of sizes.

23. Nalgene Water Bottle

Nalgene water bottles are the best gift for outdoorsy girls because they need to stay hydrated and who doesn’t want to do it with a cute water bottle? Nalgene is best for travel because it is lightweight unlike most stainless steel water bottles. I use one on almost all of my hikes and have various colors and sizes.
